ADVANCED TOPICS IN OSTEOMYOARTICULAR PHYSIOTHERAPY: PHYSIOTHERAPEUTIC INTERVENTION PROTOCOLS

This work consists of 13 chapters that represent collections of texts written by professors, collaborators and students of the Postgraduate Program in Physiotherapy at UFPB (PPGFis). The book, entitled Collections of Advanced Topics in Osteomioarticular Physiotherapy, covers a theme defined by the research line "Physiotherapy Assessment and Intervention in Human Functioning" at PPGFis. The chapters were constructed based on an updated review of scientific literature with the aim of providing the reader with scientific content, but with a critical analysis of aspects of physical therapy clinical application in order to reference evidence-based practice. We hope that this work can help in objective and practical reflection on this topic, providing students and professionals in the field with a specialized formative reading experience.
